ABHISHEK KUMAR

Abhishek is an experienced policy, research, and data science professional and a contributor to select Mosaic clients. He works closely with Mosaic’s consulting team to deliver high quality work that advances client objectives. Abhishek is adept at performing primary and secondary research, developing and managing surveys, data modeling and analysis, and identifying trends and insights from data sets using tools such as Advanced Excel, VBA, Tableau, and Python. He also has training and experience in reviewing, analyzing, and comparing complex technical and legal documents.

Abhishek began his affiliation with Mosaic in 2020 as an MBA student at the Alberta School of Business, where he pursued a major in business analytics, focusing on financial analytics. In addition to his academic qualifications, his cross-cultural career has enabled him to explore the areas of research and consulting across a plurality of industries, including institutional investment, healthcare, education, retail, food and beverage, and technology (intellectual property). He is the former co-founder of a for-profit social entrepreneurship venture called Great Indian Basket.

Abhishek received a Bachelor of Technology degree in 2010 from the National Institute of Technology in Durgapur, India. In 2015, he completed his post graduate diploma in intellectual property law from the NASLAR University of Law in Hyderabad, India. Abhishek currently resides in Edmonton, Alberta.
